Barrett Barrera Guest House is a private space in St. Louis conceptualized and designed by Susan Barrett. Located in a turn-of-the-century building in the Central West End, the 8,000-square-foot former residence and antique gallery was restored to showcase contemporary art, design, and collected interiors. Since its restoration, Guest House has served as a private setting for artists, designers, curators, and cultural guests visiting and working in St. Louis, offering a place to feel welcomed and surrounded by art.
Featured in ELLE Decor, Guest House brings together works from the Barrett Barrera collection with vintage and antique furnishings, bold finishes, and layered architectural detail. The space extends Barrett Barrera Projects’ commitment to presenting art outside traditional exhibition contexts and serves as a model for living with both contemporary and historic artworks.
Guest House is not open to the public.
